  Little surprised with some of the negative reviews on Rite Rug. I've used them now on three separate occasions (once a year since '15), and they did a great job each and every time. Great all-around crew: fast, efficient, and terrific customer service (My sales rep was Keary). Very fair pricing too.

  We purchased a lot and had Ryan Homes do the build. We’ve been in the house for almost a year (warranty is getting close to being up). We’ve been going back and forth with Ryan Homes about the size of our dining room vs living room. We’ve been saying the living room is too big, which made the dining room too small, to where the light, which is suppose to be center over the dining table is way off. After back and forth for months with both Ryan Homes and Rite Rug, we finally had to pull the blue prints ourselves to prove to them the sizes were off. Well, that finally worked. Now the fight was on between Ryan Homes and Rite Rug on who was to blame for the mistake. Ryan Homes admitted they gave Rite Rug the wrong dimensions. Now to get Rite Rug out to do the work. That has been the chore. They finally set up a time, which was today. Said they would be here by 11am today. At 2pm I called to see their ETA. I was told they ran over on another job and would be here in 20 minutes. 1 hour and 40 minutes later the guy shows up. He comes in and we show him the work that needs to be done. He tells me he can’t do the job because he was told he just needed one box of laminate but the job will take 3 - 4 boxes. I tried calling my contact at Rite Rug several times, and well, they must have caller ID because magically, no answer or call back with voice mail (at 3:40pm). So, now who knows when we’ll get the job done. Customer service all throughout the process with Rite Rug and Ryan Homes is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend either company!!!
